Return orders.

Medicann offers you the opportunity to return a product within 14 calendar days, starting from the time of delivery of the product because you changed your mind.

However, the following rules apply:
1. You have to send the product with any courier company (courier, transport company or something else) and at your own expense or visit the offices of A & A PAPAMICHAIL IKE (Stournari 51, 104 32 Athens)
2. You must ensure that the product has not suffered any damage from you (improper packaging removal, incorrect assembly, inappropriate use, etc.).

5. For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging should not be tampered with or damaged.

7. The product to be returned is accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the retail receipt, your order form, the order confirmation mail and the credit card coupon (if you have paid by credit card).
8. Goods are at your own risk until they arrive at our headquarters, so you should make sure they are properly packaged and cannot suffer any damage on the route. If a product reaches us in an inappropriate condition then it will be returned to you as inadmissible.

When you place your order through the online store, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you made the order via email.
